Job Title: Store Keeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Store Keeper to manage inventory, stock movement, and store operations in our toy manufacturing facility. The Store Keeper will ensure accurate handling of raw materials, semi-finished goods, packaging items, and finished products while maintaining proper documentation and supporting smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, components and finished toys.
• Issue materials to production based on requisitions and maintain records of stock movement.
• Monitor stock levels regularly and prepare stock reports.
• Coordinate with the purchase and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Maintain proper storage conditions to prevent damage, breakage, or deterioration of materials and toys.
• Keep records of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN (Material Requisition Note), and stock ledgers.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification of inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards in the store.
• Manage inward and outward logistics of finished goods.
• Support in packing and dispatch of products as per orders.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO methods for material handling.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.com, BSc, BCA (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management).
• Experience: 0 – 2 years as a Store Keeper, preferably in the manufacturing industry (toy/consumer goods sector preferred).
• Good knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP knowledge preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
