Full job description Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines. Required Skills: Hands-on experience in operating VMC machines (preferably with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls). Good knowledge of mould die manufacturing processes and machining sequences. Strong interpretation of technical drawings and GD&T. Ability to use measuring instruments accurately. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to machine and program errors. Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die, Production, or relevant field. 0 to 1 years of experience as a VMC Operator in a tool room or mould die manufacturing environment. Perform precision machining of mould dies, inserts, and tooling components as per design. Read and interpret engineering drawings, 2D/3D models, and CAM programs. Set up VMC machines including tool setting, workpiece clamping, and loading of CNC programs. Make necessary program offsets and tool path corrections during operations.
