Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS preferred). Good communication and coordination skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Key Responsibilities: · Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies. · Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS. · Issue materials to production or other departments as per requisitions. · Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials. · Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation. · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area. · Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise requisitions accordingly. · Handle and verify purchasing invoices against received materials before submission to the accounts department.
