Description

The Storekeeper - ERP will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, and facilitating the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems and a strong understanding of inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records in the ERP system.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods; maintain proper documentation.
Prepare orders for delivery and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
Conduct regular stock audits and assist in inventory reconciliation processes.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely replenishment of stock.
Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management and storage.

Skills and Qualifications

1-6 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
Proficiency in using ERP software for inventory tracking and management.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory control principles.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills to liaise with team members and suppliers.
