Job Description

A Godown Incharge, also known as a Warehouse Incharge or Warehouse Manager, is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the warehouse operation. This includes inventory control, receiving and shipping goods, ensuring safety and security, and managing warehouse staff. They also play a key role in optimizing warehouse processes and working with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: o Inventory Management: o Receiving and Shipping o Safety and Security o Staff Management o Process Optimization Additional Responsibilities: Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Liaising with suppliers, transportation companies, and other stakeholders. Preparing reports and providing data on warehouse operations. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders and deliveries.
