Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Stores Supervisor to oversee inventory management, system operations, and documentation. You'll ensure compliance, quality checks, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory receipt, storage, and dispatch as per company standards

- Operate SAP for material transactions and maintain accurate records

- Ensure GST compliance and implement quality checks

- Drive Kaizen initiatives and maintain 5S practices

- Coordinate with teams and generate reports on stock status and material movement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any stream

- Strong knowledge of Store/Warehouse functions

- Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel/MS Office, and professional email drafting

- Understanding of GST and related documentation

- Familiarity with Kaizen and 5S practices

- Good communication and team management skills

- 1-2 yrs of experience required on SAP/WMS system in any types of WH Role & responsibilities
