Achieving Sales Targets: Working towards individual or team sales goals. 📦 Inventory & Merchandising ResponsibilitiesStocking Shelves: Replenishing inventory on shelves and ensuring products are front-facing. Inventory Checks: Conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies. Receiving Deliveries: Accepting and organizing new stock deliveries. Visual Merchandising: Ensuring displays are attractive and aligned with branding guidelines. 💼 Operational ResponsibilitiesCash Handling: Operating cash registers, handling cash, credit card transactions, and issuing receipts. Opening/Closing Duties: Performing store opening or closing procedures, including cash reconciliation. Store Cleanliness: Keeping the store clean, tidy, and safe for customers and staff. Loss Prevention: Monitoring for theft or suspicious behavior and following security protocols. 👥 Team & Communication ResponsibilitiesCoordination: Working effectively with teammates and supervisors.
