As a Store & Sales Representative at HXN located in Orangebrook Ct, Pickering, ON, you will play a pivotal role in leading sales, business development, operations, and B2B partnerships. Additionally, you will actively manage and expand the company's presence on local social media platforms to drive foot traffic, showcase new arrivals, and enhance brand visibility. In terms of warehouse and inventory management, you will oversee tasks such as receiving shipments, organizing stock, and ensuring efficient dispatch and timely deliveries. Your role will also involve leading both storefront retail and wholesale operations, where you will be responsible for improving store layout, enhancing merchandising strategies, optimizing warehouse flow, and coordinating the team effectively. The ideal candidate for this position is a strong communicator with proficiency in professional English, adept at Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting, capable of effectively leading store, warehouse, and sales operations, and comfortable managing both customer-facing and back-end responsibilities.
