Position: Business Development - Store Sales Role Overview: As a Sales Executive within the Business Development team, your primary responsibility will be to build strong customer relationships, provide expert guidance on our product offerings, and drive sales growth. Lead Generation & Outreach: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Wooden Streets diverse range of products and fostering new business relationships. CRM Utilization & Follow-Ups: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and continuous engagement with prospects using CRM software. Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a dynamic team environment, contributing to shared goals and supporting team success. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
