Store & Purchase Supervisor

As a Store Supervisor, your role involves overseeing daily operations in the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising staff, and maintaining operational standards. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, performing inventory checks, and reporting discrepancies. It is crucial to ensure store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual standards are consistently maintained. Your duties will also include handling cash management and ensuring accurate transaction records. Following the company's SOPs, you will be required to open and close the store. Monitoring compliance with health and safety, security, and company policies is essential, along with providing regular reports and updates to the Store Manager or upper management.
