Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Purchase Executive to join our team in Bawal, Rewari. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in purchase operations, preferably in the manufacturing or production industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate with stores, purchases, and material control departments.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing decisions.
Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
Proven experience in purchase operations, inventory management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in using computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and procurement management systems.
