Job Role:

As a Promoter (In-Store Sales Executive) for the above-mentioned brands at Reliance Digital, you will be responsible for driving sales, product demonstrations, and providing a superior customer experience in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the brands at Reliance Digital outlets.
• Perform live product demonstrations to walk-in customers.
• Explain product features, USPs, and technology benefits convincingly.
• Actively engage with customers to drive sales conversions.
• Maintain product displays, ensure brand visibility, and store hygiene.
• Track and report daily footfall, demos, and sales data.
• Coordinate with the Frootle India team for training, stock, and POS materials.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with store staff and management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in consumer electronics/appliances retail sales (Experience with floor sales at Reliance Digital, Croma, Vijay Sales, etc., preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain product technology.
• Target-oriented and passionate about sales.
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC Range: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month
