Job Description

As a skilled and detail-oriented Store Pharmacist at HealthSy, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing pharmacy operations at our retail store. Your main duties will include dispensing medications, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing expert advice to customers, and ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. Your key responsibilities will involve attending to prescriptions at the sales counter, ensuring accurate dispensing, and offering advice on correct dosage and medication use. In cases where prescribed medications are unavailable, you will need to source them from in-house pharmacies to ensure 100% fulfillment of the prescription. Additionally, you will be required to provide patients/customers with detailed information on medication usage, potential side effects, and health advice to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes. You will also be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing customer inquiries and support, handling cash transactions when necessary, and maintaining proper storage and security of all medications, including temperature-sensitive drugs that require refrigeration. Inventory management tasks will include verifying received stock, accurately inputting stock data into the system, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring compliance with state and national pharmacy laws, regulations, and HealthSy Pharmacy policies. Overall, your role as a Store Pharmacist at HealthSy will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy, providing excellent customer service, and upholding the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.,
