Store Officer

Job Description

Experience in manufacturing industries · Custodian of goods in his store location. · Physical verification of items received and preparing GRN against each bill in ERP. · Obtain a Rejection report from QC for any incoming raw material found damaged and pass it on to the purchasing department for credit note preparation. · Monitoring stock positions and raising purchase request required if any. · Issuing raw materials to production based on work orders. · Keeping record of rejected materials if any from production and inform accounts / purchase about this. · Arranging packaging materials including pallet making · To keep the goods in perfect order in the store. · Maintain Bin Cards for goods · Maintaining FIFO / LIFO methods wherever applicable · Preparing inner labels for production · To ensure quantity and packages matches to shipping documents each time a consignment moves out of store. · Acknowledge bills of local purchases against goods receipt in store · Preparing stock statements on monthly basis . Experience in implementing software solutions for efficient stock management and inventory control Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Application Deadline: 31/05/2025
