Store Merchandiser

As an ideal candidate for the Fashion Merchandiser position at Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, you will play a crucial role in the success of the business by effectively analyzing sales patterns, managing designer on-boarding, and ensuring optimal inventory investment. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing the sales pattern of the stores/online to review the trends of customer buying pattern. - Responsible for end-to-end designer on-boarding. - Creating yearly collection plans with individual designers, considering seasons, styles, and store requirements to optimize inventory investment and increase merchandise flow. - Managing the designers on a day-to-day basis to enhance operational efficiency and boost sales. - Conducting effective negotiations in markdown and monitoring inventory monthly to maximize profitability. - Serving as the single point of contact for the inventory team, overseeing tagging, presentation, quality checks, and returns in a methodical manner. Conducting stock audits regularly. - Planning and executing promotions for allocated designers in collaboration with the marketing team. - Monitoring client orders and alterations, providing guidance to merchandisers to resolve client issues and chaotic situations. - Proficiency in MS Office/Excel is essential, while knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshoot will be an added advantage.
