Store Merchandiser

Role Overview: As a Merchandiser at Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, your primary responsibility will be to analyze sales patterns, manage designer on-boarding, create collection plans, and ensure operational efficiency to drive sales and profitability. You will also be involved in inventory management, promotions planning, and client order monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze sales patterns to review customer buying trends - Manage end-to-end designer on-boarding process - Collaborate with individual designers to create yearly collection plans - Manage designers on a day-to-day basis to improve operational efficiency and sales - Negotiate markdowns and monitor inventory monthly for profitability - Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the inventory team, overseeing tagging, presentation, quality checks, and returns - Plan and execute promotions for designated designers in coordination with the marketing team - Monitor client orders and alterations, providing guidance to other merchandisers when needed - Proficiency in MS Office/Excel is required - Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshoot is preferred but not essential Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment (Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.),
