Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Angamaly
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 + Bachelor’s Accommodation
Age: Below 45 | Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, receipts, and issues.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO methods for stock management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production for timely material availability.
• Handle GRNs, dispatch documents, and support stock audits.
• Manage scrap sales, e-way bills, and job work coordination.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with ISO 13485, GMP & QMS.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Handle petty cash and vehicle arrangements for material movement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in store/inventory management (manufacturing/medical device industry preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP & MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of raw & packing material handling.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
