Roles and Responsibilities Manage store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction. Oversee optical sales team, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Develop and implement strategies to drive retail sales growth through effective merchandising, inventory management, and visual display. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for eyewear products. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in retail management or related field (optics preferred). Strong understanding of store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and loss prevention. Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team effectively. Proficiency in Optical Sales principles and practices.
