Job Description

Position - Store Manager, Fashion Consultant and Cashier

Qualification - Graduated or 12th

1. Sales & Revenue Management

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor daily sales performance and strategize for improvement.
Identify fast and slow-moving stock to maximize sell-through.
KPIs:
% of sales target achieved Average transaction value (ATV)
Conversion rate

2. Customer Experience & Service Ensure excellent customer service aligned with the brand ethos of ethnic fashion.
Resolve customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner.
Implement personalization (festive styling, custom tailoring, etc.)
KPIs:

Customer satisfaction score (CSAT) Repeat customer rate Mystery shopper score
3. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
Maintain visual standards in alignment with ethnic and seasonal themes.
Execute festive and promotional displays.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and appealing.
KPIs:
Visual merchandising audit score
Festive display compliance
Planogram adherence
