Store Manager - restaurant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods in our hotel. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods and materials.
• Ensure proper storage of items in designated locations with correct labeling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system.
• Conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards for hygiene, safety, and quality control.
• Coordinate with the purchasing and kitchen teams regarding stock requirements.
• Prepare and issue requisitions for items needed by various hotel departments.
• Monitor the shelf life and expiry dates of perishable items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.
• Diploma or certification in Storekeeping, Inventory Management, or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
