Key Responsibilities:

Oversee efficient operations of the store for a manufacturing unitManage raw material, components, and finished goods inventory levelsConduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconcile discrepanciesSupervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods; enforce safety and securityImplement effective inventory control processes and optimize warehouse layoutCoordinate with procurement for timely and cost-effective replenishmentLiaise with production and logistics teams for uninterrupted operationsMaintain accurate documentation, reporting stock movement and trendsLead, train and motivate the store team to achieve operational excellenceRequirements

Requirements:

Graduation/diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field7+ years experience in store management, preferably in manufacturingStrong skills in inventory management software and MS OfficeExcellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilityKnowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.Benefits
