Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Achieve sales targets through new customer acquisitions and upselling within the store.
Ensure adherence to Store Operating Procedures (SOPs) including visual merchandising, inventory control, and cash handling.
Maintain store compliance standards and complete regular KPI and MIS reporting.
Oversee store profitability by managing operational costs and increasing conversion rates.
Support strategic rollouts including store launches, refits, and closures as per plan.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring readiness and alignment with brand standards.
Supervise outsourced staff including rostering, daily briefings, motivation, and attrition management.
Deliver high-quality customer experience by personally resolving escalated issues and optimizing staff allocation.
Provide ongoing feedback to improve store performance and customer engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of store-level projects and initiatives.
