Store Manager

As a Store Manager, your main responsibilities will include ensuring that customer needs are met, resolving complaints promptly, and providing quick and efficient service. You will also oversee sales activities, promote the store and its products, and execute marketing campaigns. Staff management will be a crucial aspect of your role, involving recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising staff members. Additionally, you will be responsible for stock control, including overseeing pricing and stock levels. Budget management and maintaining statistical and financial records will also be part of your duties. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and identifying the root cause of issues to develop effective solutions are key components of this position. To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and effective sales abilities. Organizational skills, proficiency in basic business software programs, and strong problem-solving abilities are also essential. Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, as well as excellent verbal communication skills, will further contribute to your success in this position. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.
