Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail outlet in mall. This role demands a passionate individual with strong leadership skills, retail expertise, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for managing store operations, sales performance, team supervision, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations & ManagementOversee day-to-day store functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with airport and company policies.Maintain store hygiene, display standards, and product arrangements in line with brand guidelines.Monitor stock levels, handle inventory, and coordinate restocking and stock audits.2. Sales & PerformanceAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Drive in-store promotions, upselling, and product demonstrations to increase conversion rates.Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.3. Team LeadershipRecruit, train, and mentor store staff to build a motivated and result-oriented team.Assign daily duties and set clear individual goals for team members.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.4. Customer ExperienceEnsure every customer receives a premium experience aligned with HCI's brand image.Handle escalations, returns, and queries professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.Educate customers about product features, benefits, and wellness applications.5. Reporting & CoordinationMaintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.Prepare daily/weekly reports for the head office with insights and suggestions.Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and service departments for smooth functioning.Key RequirementsExperience: Minimum 35 years in a similar retail management role. Experience in luxury, lifestyle, electronics, or wellness retail is preferred.CTC: 4.00 to 5.00 LPASkills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership and team-building capabilitiesStrong sales and negotiation skillsBasic knowledge of billing software, POS, and inventory systemsEducation: Graduate in any discipline. A diploma or certification in retail management is an advantage.Other Requirements:Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Knowledge of English and local language (Telugu or Hindi) is preferred.Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
