Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
Oversee branch operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer loyalty.
Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in retail supermarket operations or similar industry.
Proven track record in managing multiple branches or stores simultaneously.
