Role Overview: As a Diamond Store Manager in Ludhiana, your primary responsibility will be overseeing daily store operations and inventory management. You will play a crucial role in maintaining stock levels, ensuring timely procurement, and supervising and coordinating with store staff. Implementing effective storage and organization strategies, monitoring stock movement, and accurate record-keeping will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will handle vendor coordination, purchase planning, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily store operations and inventory management. - Maintain stock levels and ensure timely procurement. - Supervise and coordinate with store staff. - Implement effective storage and organization strategies. - Monitor stock movement and ensure accurate record-keeping. - Handle vendor coordination and purchase planning. - Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Qualifications Required: - 10 years of experience in store management. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Knowledge of inventory control and stock management. - Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
