Job Description

As an experienced and dynamic Store Manager in the apparel industry, your role will involve overseeing daily operations of the retail store. Your primary responsibilities will include managing overall store operations to ensure profitability, achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for supervising, training, and motivating store staff to deliver an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage overall store operations to ensure smooth functioning and profitability. - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective team performance and customer engagement. - Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer experience. - Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store hygiene, and product display. - Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage. - Handle billing operations, cash reconciliation, and ensure adherence to SOPs. - Implement promotional campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. - Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and suggest strategies to improve performance. - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. - 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the apparel or fashion retail industry. - Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management. - Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. - Proficiency in POS systems, MS Excel, and retail reporting tools. - Ability to drive sales performance and deliver high customer satisfaction.
