Role & responsibilities

Store Operations:

Ensure store operations comply with SOPs and maintain brand standards.
Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain.
Oversee visual merchandising and maintain appealing store layouts.
Track transactions, budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Implement security measures and loss prevention strategies.

Customer Experience:

Drive processes to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Deliver exceptional in-store experience through product knowledge and assistance.
Monitor KPIs and report operational performance to senior management.

People Management:

Lead and coach retail staff for high service and sales effectiveness.
Conduct training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and HR for policy alignment and integration.
