Store Incharge

Role & Responsibilities:

To look after the stores, purchase inventory, receipt both inward and outward, dispatch logistics. The security and safety of the stores is his responsibility. He along with his subordinates is responsible for correct and accurate store stock of all items with value at any point time. Store In-charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

Reports to: Head of the Department (HOD)

Key Accountabilities:

· Verify all the incoming materials according to SOP/WTT Standard.

· Ensure the implementation of Inventory management system.

· Train the Subordinate/team on company SOP’s

· Strong co-ordination with team, user departments.

· Maintaining proper records for Returnable & Non-Returnable items with value.

· Analysis the aging of stocks & communicate the management about obsolete stock.

· Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for replacement and record keeping.

· Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.

· Maintaining Proper records for dispatched Materials, Delivery Notes.

Skills and Experience:

· Checking opening stocks as per Reports on daily basis.

· Inspection of all Receipts & Issues and accounting them properly

· Prepare bills/Goods Receipt Note of incoming materials and submit to respective authority

· Verify all the last day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any.

· Ensure the implementation of Inventory management system.

· Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stock room

· Receive, unload and shelve supplies

· Storage and preservation.

· Identification of all Materials stored.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
