Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement processes for all school supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain and update a database of approved vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Coordinate with school departments to understand their procurement needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
  • Ensure timely delivery of purchased items and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, data entry, and filing.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
  • Maintain compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
