Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Tasks: -

To Inventory management: Keeping track of inventory, including receiving, storing, and distributing supplies.
Supply ordering: Preparing specifications and purchase orders, and ensuring documentation is complete.
Physical labor: Unloading freight, stocking shelves, and making minor repairs.
Record keeping: Maintaining records of orders, inventory, and withdrawals.
Safety: Ensuring hazardous materials are stored safely and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Stock rotation: Rotating stock and disposing of expired or surplus items
Customer service: Advising customers on the appropriateness of parts or supplies.
Reporting: Reporting damaged inventory and generating material received reports.
Responsible for managing the store layout, Supervising and Keeping records.
Coordinate with Parent warehouse team.

Technical Knowledge Requirement

Knowledge of SAP system.
Experience as a storekeeper.
Should have experience in storing, issuing, shipping and receiving materials and supplies; applying purchasing procedures; applying inventory control methods; operating material handling equipment; entering and retrieving data using a computerized records system.
