Store Incharge (Retail)

looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily retail store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver excellent customer experience. The role involves team management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and ensuring compliance with brand and operational standards to achieve store targets and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end store operations and sales performance
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and shrinkage control
• Implement visual merchandising and promotional activities
• Prepare daily sales reports and manage cash/POS operations

Preferred Profile:

• 3–6 years of retail experience with at least 1 year as Store Manager
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer-handling skills
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
