What you will do:
The Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the store/warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods including raw materials, components, and finished products. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent inventory management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliations.

Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to replenish inventory as needed.

Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage and loss.

Oversee the receipt of incoming materials, verifying the quantity and quality against purchase orders

Coordinate the dispatch of finished products to customers and ensure timely delivery.

Prepare and maintain necessary shipping and receiving documentation.

Organize the warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.

Implement and maintain warehouse safety and security protocols.
-
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.

Utilize inventory management software to track inventory and generate reports.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.

Continuously improve warehouse processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with procurement, product, manufacturing departments to ensure seamless operations.

Communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and other stakeholders.

Resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, or supplier concerns.
Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Proven track record of managing inventory.
Should Have:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP, Oracle and MS Office.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a warehouse setting.
