📌 Job Title: Store In-Charge / Store Manager 📍 Location: Metra’s Coffee House 💼 Experience: 1–3 years (Cafe/Hotel/Service Industry) 💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month 🕒 Shift: Includes Night Shift 🔹 Roles & Responsibilities (5–6 Points): Oversee daily operations, customer service, and smooth functioning of the café. Handle billing, cash management, and maintain accurate daily sales records. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate timely replenishment. Maintain staff attendance, discipline, and support team coordination. Ensure café cleanliness, hygiene standards, and product quality at all times. Follow and enforce all safety and operational guidelines within the premises. 🔹 Skills Required: Strong communication and customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of billing systems / POS Ability to manage inventory and monitor stock Team management and problem-solving abilities Willingness to work night shifts and handle responsibilities independently
