Job Title: Store Incharge

Khalsa Mining and Engineering is a leading construction company known for delivering quality infrastructure projects. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated store in charge to manage the inventory and materials at our construction site in Panvel, Maharashtra. This role will ensure the smooth and efficient management of materials, tools, and machinery for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Management:
• Record daily material receipts and consumption.
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Receive, stock, and record materials appropriately.
• Issue materials based on work indent requirements.
• Supervision & Oversight:
• Supervise site operations to prevent material wastage and misuse.
• Collect unused materials daily to ensure proper inventory management.
• Oversee the material handover between security shifts.
• Maintain records of tools, machinery, and cash purchases.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Assist the junior engineer in preparing quality reports.
• Update stock records and prepare consumption reports for management.
• Maintain a list of excess materials and inform engineers about material status for indent preparation.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery to the site.
• Other Responsibilities:
• Record received empty cement bags.
• Maintain records of site utilities usage and report machinery issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven experience in storekeeping, preferably in the construction industry.
• Skills:
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11000 - ₹15000.00 per month

• Day shift

• Panvel, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
