Store In-charge

The Store Keeper/Store In charge is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock records, ensuring the proper storage of materials, and coordinating the flow of goods in and out of the store. This role ensures accurate documentation, efficient stock management, and supports smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests when required.
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory.
• Prevent overstocking, understocking, and minimize material wastage.

2. Store Operations

• Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and invoices.
• Ensure proper storage and labelling of products to maintain quality and accessibility.
• Organize materials in a clean, safe, and systematic manner.
• Dispatch materials as per approved requisitions.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain updated stock registers, GRNs, issue slips, and other store documents.

4. Coordination

• Coordinate with procurement, production, accounts, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries, returns, or replacements.
• Assist audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and slow-moving items to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
