Job Profile( Store Fabrication )

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials such as steel, pipes, plates, and fabrication tools.
• Maintain proper storage systems for fabrication materials and consumables.
• Issue materials to the fabrication team as per material requisitions.
• Maintain accurate records of stock using manual registers and/or ERP systems.
• Monitor material usage and generate reports on material consumption and wastage.
• Ensure safety and proper handling of heavy metal components and machinery.
• Coordinate with the purchase and production departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Keep fabrication tools, machinery parts, and equipment organized and accessible.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Track returnable tools and materials issued to workers or subcontractors.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the fabrication store area.
• Identify slow-moving and obsolete items and report to management.
• Assist in inventory planning and reordering as per usage patterns.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge of fabrication materials and processes (cutting, welding, bending, etc.).
• Good understanding of inventory management systems and basic accounting.
• Ability to operate forklifts/cranes (if required).
• Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP software, etc.).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Graduation in any stream

Experience Required - 2 year +

Salary- up to 20k
