Established in 1995, our company is a leading manufacturer, importer, exporter, and supplier of a wide array of organic industrial chemicals and surfactants used in the personal care and pharmaceutical industries. Our product line includes Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS), Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate (SLES), Triethanolamine Lauryl Sulphate (TLS), Cocobetaine, Benzalkonium Chloride, and many more specialty chemicals.

We have recently expanded operations with an R&D-based manufacturing unit at Khopoli focused on pharmaceutical and specialty chemical synthesis. This includes custom synthesis of impurities, reference standards, and the provision of analytical data such as 1H-NMR, GC/HPLC purity, and mass spectra.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our chemical and raw materials store at our Vadodara unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in storekeeping within a chemical or pharmaceutical environment, with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor stock levels of raw materials, finished goods, and packing materials.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals as per safety norms (MSDS compliance).
• Manage inventory control – perform regular stock audits, physical verification, and reconciliation.
• Oversee inward and outward movement of materials, including GRN, issue slips, and dispatch documentation.
• Coordinate with the purchase, production, and quality teams for material planning and replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory using ERP or inventory management software.
• Ensure timely and safe dispatch of materials to customers or other company units.
• Maintain proper documentation related to chemicals as per ISO/GMP norms.
• Monitor and manage the performance of store assistants or support staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Any Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2 – 4 years of experience as a Store Executive/Manager in chemical/pharma manufacturing.
• Knowledge of chemical handling, storage, and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
