Store Executive (Locations-ECL,Srikalahasti,AP/Sesa-Goa,Goa/ NMDC ,Chhattishgarh/ Tatasteel,Kalinganagar,Odisha)

A managerial role who is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that staff are well-supervised, inventory is tracked and managed efficiently .This role involves working closely with various team members in maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Maintain and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of stock.
• Manage local purchase, including cash register operations and reconciliations.

Skills required:

Knowledge of Tally /ERP-system(Compulsory)

Computer Knowledge

Knowledge of industrial tools, tackles & consumables

Qualifications

• Graduation preferably commerce background.
• 5+ years' store management experience in Industrial Set up/Plant
• Customer centric with a positive attitude
