Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices
Maintain accurate inventory records using manual registers or software systems
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of all items
Issue stock to departments such as F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise indent requests
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies
Handle damaged, expired, and slow-moving stock with proper reporting
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
Coordinate with vendors, accounts, and internal departments
Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies

Inventory Managed

Food & Beverage raw materials and consumables
Cleaning chemicals and housekeeping supplies
Maintenance and electrical spare parts
Stationery and office supplies
Promotional and cinema-use materials

Skills & Competencies

Inventory management and stock control knowledge
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, inventory software)
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferred)
Knowledge of basic accounting and inventory procedures is an advantage

Experience

1–4 years of experience in store or inventory management (cinema, hospitality, retail preferred)
