Job Summary: The Store Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing materials, inventory tracking, and maintaining accurate records. The role ensures that the store functions efficiently, supports production requirements, and follows safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and properly store materials, tools, and equipment. Issue materials to departments based on requisition slips or job orders. Maintain accurate inventory records using software or manual systems. Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation. Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests to avoid shortages. Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and accounts for goods receipts and documentation. Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and safe storage of materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area. Prepare and submit regular inventory reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and 5S standards.
