Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with clients and handle their queries professionally. Manage bookings, service data, and client records. Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow. Communicate with internal teams for timely task completion. Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation. Requirements:Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets. Prior experience in client handling or operations preferred. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
