Store Executive

• Inventory management: Receiving, storing, and tracking materials; organizing stock; conducting physical counts; and managing stock rotation.
• Operations: Overseeing daily store activities, ensuring a clean and safe environment, managing cash registers, and handling transactions.
• Customer service: Assisting customers with inquiries, providing product recommendations, and resolving complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Staff management: Training and supervising store staff, assigning duties, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Reporting: Preparing sales and inventory reports, and submitting documents to the accounts team for payments.
• Coordination: Liaising with suppliers for stock replenishment and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications and skills

• Experience: Previous experience in a retail or store-related role is often required.
• Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are essential.
• Technical: Proficiency with inventory management systems, spreadsheets (like Excel), and POS systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge: Understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and, depending on the industry, specific product knowledge is important.
