Store & Dispatch Executive (Spare Parts)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store & Dispatch Executive to manage daily warehouse operations at our spare parts shop. The role involves checking inbound materials, proper storage, accurate packaging, and timely outbound dispatch to customers. Key Responsibilities: Receive and check inbound spare parts against invoices and packing lists. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials in the shop/warehouse. Pick, pack, and prepare orders as per customer requirements with high accuracy. Handle packaging securely to avoid damage during transit. Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for timely dispatch. Maintain stock records, monitor shortages, and report discrepancies. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and systematic arrangement of materials in the shop. Assist in stock audits and inventory management. Requirements: Prior experience in store, packaging, dispatch, or warehouse operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle spare parts carefully. Basic computer knowledge (Excel / inventory entry will be an added advantage). Physically fit and willing to do ground work (loading/unloading coordination).
