Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate stock levels using inventory management systems
Monitor stock movement and update inventory records daily.
Plan and manage inventory audits (cycle counting and annual physical verification).
Minimize inventory holding costs and avoid overstocking/stockouts.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials as per company standards.
Ensure proper stacking, identification, and traceability of materials.
Issue materials to production or other departments as per requisitions.
Maintain FIFO/LIFO as per material type and industry practices.
Maintain all records: GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN (Material Receipt Note), stock registers, bin cards, issue slips, etc.
Coordinate with accounts, purchase, and quality teams for documentation and verification.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines in the store area.
Liaise with purchase, production, maintenance, and logistics teams for material planning and requirements.
Communicate shortages or excesses to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Support timely dispatch of finished goods and ensure accurate shipment documentation.
Supervise and train store assistants/workers on best practices in inventory handling.
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and orderliness in the store area.
Generate periodic MIS reports - daily/weekly/monthly stock status, material movement, slow-moving items, etc

Can use MS word, Excel & Power point
