Job Description

Store Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, verify, and record all incoming materials.
  • Issue items to departments as per approved requisitions.
  • Maintain stock registers and ensure timely stock audits.
  • Coordinate with vendors and the purchase team for replenishments.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of all materials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in hospitality).
  • Strong knowledge of storekeeping procedures and inventory software.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, Email, Inventory systems).
