Store Associate

You will be responsible for assisting the Supervisor and/ or Manager in managing the department effectively. This includes achieving sales & profit targets, controlling stock levels, minimizing shrinkage and operational costs, and maintaining and improving stock display/presentation. Additionally, providing high standards of customer service and preparing the assigned area as per customer specifications will be key aspects of your role. It is essential to handle company assets with care. Your specific duties will involve assisting in receiving and merchandising delivered products and stock in storage. You must comply with dress and uniform regulations, including GMP requirements and safety protective wear. Maintaining cleanliness of stock, shelves, and the working area at the required level is crucial; spills should never be left unattended. You will also be responsible for upholding high standards of stock presentation, display stock replenishment, and handling damaged or poor-quality products appropriately. Ensuring that signage and railcards are correct and up-to-date will be part of your duties. As directed, you will participate in conducting stock take activities and other assigned duties. It is important to adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization. Your contribution to these tasks will play a significant role in the overall success of the department.,
