Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism. Guide customers through the collection, offering styling suggestions when needed. Manage billing and handle transactions. Ensure shelves are fully stocked and displays are attractive and updated regularly. Pack online orders and coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times. Keep track of inventory and support restocking and reordering. Assist with social media content creation (behind-the-scenes, packaging videos, etc.), if required. Address customer queries both in-store and through online platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.). Support store promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
