Store Assistant

You are a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Assistant who will join our team. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, ensuring store appearance is well-maintained, and supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, addressing their queries promptly, and resolving any issues they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment. Additionally, you will support the sales team by assisting in processing transactions, handling returns, and restocking shelves as needed. Monitoring inventory levels, reporting stock discrepancies, and participating in inventory counts will be part of your role to ensure efficient inventory management. You will play a crucial role in visual merchandising by assisting in creating visually appealing displays, window displays, and promotional materials to attract customers and drive sales. Collaboration with colleagues is essential to achieve sales goals, maintain store appearance, and deliver excellent customer service consistently. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in English is preferred. The work location is in person, and availability for the day shift is preferred to meet operational requirements.,
