β Preparing Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders in SAP.
β Domestic & import material inward process to GRN process.
β Daily basis dispute bill solving (Telephonic & E-mail).
β Order issue & Bill submitted in timeline.
β After GRN submission of original BOE to finance along with invoices print duly mention on it PO No, Inbound No. GRN No.
β Maintaining status of Upcoming, In-transit and Received shipments at plant.
β Monitoring transporters for daily supplier dispatches material & arrange vehicles for the same.
β Monitoring non-moving material and discussion with top management to liquidate stiff inventory. β Vendors, Transporters & freight forwarders invoice submission to finance & follow up for payment.
β Maintaining status of Upcoming, In-transit and Received shipments at plant.
β Coordinate with internal plant colleagues & effectively resolved problems in timely manner.
β Monitoring transporters for daily dispatches & arrange vehicles for the same.
β Update daily sales figure to plant level management.
β All inward material update in MIS daily basis.
β All material shortage update daily basis.
β All incoming material physical check & counting verification.
